Trading Terms

Stain Treatment for Wash and Dry Services

Should a Wash & Dry be requested, no stain treatment will be included.  Should you require specific items to be treated, please specify which item/s. Additional charges applies.

Notice regarding Claims

Customers are requested to respectfully note that in the event of any claim being made for compensation in the event of any extreme, exceptional circumstances, possible consideration of such claim will only be made on the following basis

• Payment of an amount not exceeding 5 times of the cost of the
   charge amount for the item(s) in question, subject to a maximum
   amount of R1000.00.
• Any arrangement for compensation is made without prejudice.
• Claims are to be lodged within 48 hours of delivery.
• No staff member has the authority to accept any liability or make any
   commitment without prior reference to the Owner.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that, if necessary, any items of value are covered by their personal insurance.

Some processes are contracted out and that no responsibility can be accepted by Jeeves for any damage or loss whatsoever.  A 10 to 14 day turnaround must be allowed for these processes.
